Biodinamica Alveolex Surgical Dressing

ALVEOLEX is specially indicated as a physical barrier after teeth extraction offering protection, once it acts as a moldable alveolar drain plug, forming a solid framework for the tissue regeneration, avoiding contamination of the bone walls. The application is very simple and its paste consistency allows ALVEOLEX to remain in contact with alveolar walls for more time. After placement it requires no special attention from the practitioner other than observation of the healing process.
In a period of 30 days, ALVEOLEX will be gradually eliminated from alveolar cavity, as the normal healing of the wound takes place. The presence of Propolis in its formulation helps in the regeneration and healing stimulation as well as act in the analgesia that guarantees a calmer postoperative period to the patient. Iodoform was incorporated to the product to assist and complement the action of the filling by the enhancing of the growth of cells, besides having a light antiseptic power. The Eugenol free formulation causes non-irritation in contact with alveolar tissue.
